Paul & Sharon Schliep
Paul and Sharon Schliep
met at Multnomah School of the Bible before graduating from Biola.
Having shared life and pastoral ministry for 33 years, 29 of them happily,
Paul currently serves as part-time interim pastor for Evangelical Free Church
of Huntington Beach and part-time Director of Administration and Credentialing
with EFCA West, while Sharon is the office manager for the Biola Counseling
Center.
Their three adult children (and one
son-in-law) are some of their favorite people. Kristi serves as personnel
director for Black Forest Academy, a school for missionary children in Kandern,
Germany. Kelli and her husband Dave live in Long Beach and are actively
involved in their church. Jon is a Biblical Studies major at Biola
University and a junior high intern at a local church.
While Paul can often be found reading,
Sharon would rather be working in her garden. Together, they enjoy
ballroom dancing, live theater, taking long walks and entertaining
